Assembly
What can I use to protect the bottom of my liner?
Close Me
We suggest to always position a Bestway floor protector between the ground and the bottom of the liner.
Why does the pump have to be under the water level?
Close Me
The filter pump/sand filter is designed to be positioned on the ground. If the filter pump/sand filter is positioned at (or above) the water level, the motor will work without water. This will cause the filter pump/sand filter to be damaged.
Information
Can I leave the filter pump/sand filter outside while it's raining?
Close Me
Yes, you can. But we suggest to not use the pump when it is thundering or lightning.
How can I safely use my Ice Bath?
Close Me
It is recommended to approach the use of an ice bath with caution. Improper usage may lead to various side effects, including hypothermia, cold shock response, ice burns, and other health complications. Below are some essential guidelines to consider when utilizing an ice bath:
- Place a large towel nearby for easy access.
- Wear light athletic clothing (such as shorts, sports bras, or shirts) to protect sensitive areas of your skin. Additionally, you may opt for a swimsuit, gloves, and socks.
- The recommended duration for immersion is between 10 to 15 minutes at most. Cease usage if you experience discomfort or shortness of breath.
- Gradually lower yourself into the tub until the water reaches your waist; if possible, continue lowering yourself until it reaches your neck.
- Aim to relax by taking deep breaths while soaking in the bath. If anything feels amiss, feel free to exit earlier—especially if you are new to ice baths.
- Upon exiting the tub, remove any wet clothing promptly. Thoroughly dry off with your towel and take measures to warm up your body.
It is suggested pay close attention when using the ice bath, or to have a friend or partner nearby to make sure everything goes smoothly — especially if you are outdoors.
What causes my guarantee to break?
Close Me
The legal warranty doesn’t cover damages due to actions not assignable to the seller/manufacturer, to improper or not normal use of the product by the consumer, or to actions contrary to warnings or instructions written in the user’s manual.
What is the minimum temperature at which I can leave my Ice Bath filled with water outdoors?
Close Me
The Ice Bath material can withstand a wide range of temperatures; however, we recommend that you empty, dry, and store it in a dry location after use. This practice will help minimize the risk of damage caused by ice formation at low temperatures.
IMPORTANT: Please do not leave the assembled ice bath outside when it is empty.
What is the recommended water temperature for utilizing my ice bath?
Close Me
The specific temperature within the suggested range can be tailored to align with your objectives for cold therapy. The optimal temperature for an ice bath may differ based on individual factors; however, a general guideline is often provided. Experts commonly recommend a temperature between 50°F and 59°F (10°C to 15°C), as this range is sufficiently cold to induce vasoconstriction, reduce inflammation, and facilitate muscle recovery.

Maintenance
What can I do if white flakes appear in the water?
Close Me
The presence of white flakes in your water depends on the hardness of the water. Drain about 20 to 25% of the pool water and add fresh water to decrease the calcium hardness.
If the above operation doesn't solve the problem, contact your nearest chemical supplier to purchase the correct chemical to reduce the hardness of the water.
What is the correct chemistry condition?
Close Me
Total Alkalinity: 80 - 120 ppm
pH: 7.4 - 7.6
Calcium Hardness: 200 - 400 ppm
Cyanuric Acid: 30 - 50 ppm
Free Available Chlorine: 2.0 - 4.0 ppm
What kind of chemicals should be used for water maintenance?
Close Me
Please consult your local chemical supplier for information about chemical maintenance. Pay close attention to the chemical manufacturer’s instructions.
What should I do if my water turns green?
Close Me
If the water becomes green due to the incorrect chemical maintenance, establish the correct chemical balance by contacting your local chemical dealer. They will suggest the correct products to use and the frequency.
Why is the water turning white?
Close Me
If the water becomes white, it is the chemical reaction between the chemical used and the quality of the water. Consult your chemical dealer to adjust the water condition.
